I didn't write a lot but I wrote what is very important to me.

Someones try to use lies to protect themselves. They think lies can keep themselves from hurt. But actually, they are keep themselves from respect, trust, and success.

There is no wall can keep out the wind and there is no lie can defend the liar.

Vmware Tool kit can be only installed in text mode and you should login as root.
1.So switch to text mode from graphic mode:
--$ /sbin/telinit 3

2.Mount the Vmware Tool virtual CD-ROM image, change to a working directory(for example, /tmp), uncompress the installer, then unmount the CD-ROM image.

--$ mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
--$ cd /tmp
--$ tar zxf /mnt/cdrom/vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz
--$ umount /mnt/cdrom

3.Run the VMware Tools installer.

--$ cd vmware-tools-distrib
--$ ./vmware-install.pl
