Management may be more than these rules. But before using them, at least we should know them.
Peter Principle
The Peter Principle is the principle that "In a Hierarchy Every Employee Tends to Rise to His Level of Incompetence."It holds that in a hierarchy, members are promoted so long as they work competently. Sooner or later they are promoted to a position at which they are no longer competent (their "level of incompetence"), and there they remain.
One way that organizations attempt to avoid this effect is to refrain from promoting a worker until he or she shows the skills and work habits needed to succeed at the next higher job. Thus, a worker is not promoted to managing others if he or she does not already display management abilities. The corollary is that employees who are dedicated to their current jobs will not be promoted for their efforts (like Dilbert Principle), but might, instead, receive a pay increase.

The second servant report said : “The owner, you give me a silver, I have earned a 5. “So the king had rewarded him with five-eup. The third servant report said : “The owner, you give me a silver, I have been wrapped in a towel exists, I fear, loss, has never showed. “So the king ordered the third servant of a silver assistants also a servant, and said : “Anything less, but he also won all of them. Any more, but also to him, He called the more the better.

Zero sum game theory
In game theory and economic theory, zero-sum describes a situation in which a participant’s gain or loss is exactly balanced by the losses or gains of the other participant(s). If the total gains of the participants are added up, and the total losses are subtracted, they will sum to zero. Zero-sum can be thought of more generally as constant sum where the benefits and losses to all players sum to the same value of money and pride and dignity. Cutting a cake is zero- or constant-sum because taking a larger piece reduces the amount of cake available for others. In contrast, non-zero-sum describes a situation in which the interacting parties’ aggregate gains and losses is either less than or more than zero. Zero sum games are also called strictly competitive.

Mushroom Management
Mushroom management is an allusion to a company’s staff being treated like mushrooms: kept in the dark, covered with dung, and — when grown big enough — decapitated. The connotation is that the management is making decisions without consulting the staff affected by those decisions — and possibly not even informing the staff until well after such decisions are made.
